Employee stock option plan

On joining Coware India, one becomes eligible to be a participant in Coware Inc's attractive employee stock option plan. In addition, periodic stock options may be granted based on performance. Every employee is eligible for stock option grants from the date of joining.

Patent Incentive Program

CoWare, Inc. has a patent award program to encourage its employees to obtain patent protection for CoWare inventions.  This program has been established to encourage employees to work on patentable ideas and to thank them for their efforts

 

Author Incentive Program

CoWare, Inc. has an Author Incentive Program to encourage its employees to write technical papers and contribute articles for our targeted conferences and trade publications. We believe it is important to reward and recognize such initiatives.

 

Tuition Reimbursement Policy

It is the policy of CoWare to encourage employees to develop knowledge and skills through continuing formal education.  The tuition reimbursement policy allows employees to take advantage of opportunities that relate/contribute to their career to increase their education while working at CoWare.

 

Retiral Benefits

Provident Fund

  • 12% of basic salary

  • Company also contributes 12% of basic salary to the Provident Fund

Gratuity

  • Payable after 5 years of service

  • Maximum benefit is 350,000 Rs

Medical Insurance

 

Group Medical Insurance maximum benefit 300,000 Rs per employee + 3 Dependents Group Accident Insurance with maximum benefit based on grade level

 

Medical (Domiciliary)

  • Annual maximum reimbursement is 25,000Rs

Paid Time Off/ Leaves

  • Casual leaves eligible for 6 days per year (lapse at the end of the calendar year)

  • Medical leaves eligible for 15 days per year (lapse at the end of the calendar year)

  • Earned leaves eligible for 15 days per year (can accumulate up to 45 days)

  • Maternity leave eligible for female employees only allowed 12 weeks for the first two issues
