Staff Field Applications Engineer
The primary focus of the Staff level FAE is to support sales and adoption of CoWare’s ESL design products and services. Typical sales support activities include technical discovery meetings, analysis of customers’ ESL requirements, identification of customer specific value of a CoWare solution, product demonstrations, solution presentations, evaluations and benchmarking.
The FAE is also responsible for post sales support activities include product training, support for general product usage, technical issue resolution and managing and tracking issues reported by customer. The FAE will sometimes be involved in creation of statements of work, oversee specification and /or implementation of customized ESL environments, and perform proof-of-concept level modeling and library development.
In addition, the FAE will provide field input to engineering and marketing for product development, promote CoWare technology in trade shows and continuously seek to update their knowledge and understanding of CoWare’s ESL solutions, relevant markets and technologies.
Minimum qualifications include BS (MS preferred) in EE or CS, technical proficiency in C/C++ programming, processor architectures, software development tools, 5+ years experience in a customer facing role in a product-oriented environment related to SoC design (processor design, embedded software design or hardware design), a working knowledge of hardware description languages, familiarity with overall software and/or hardware design flow and tools. Candidates must have technical presentation skills, ability to learn quickly, sell technically and interact effectively with customers. The role requires travel (up to 40% of the time).
Desired qualifications include 8+ years industry experience, including 3+ years experience in system-level SoC design, processor modeling and simulation, embedded SW development, system-level simulation or EDA front-end applications engineering. Experience with technically leading and advising customers on SoC design, designing processors or developing embedded systems software (C/C++) is a strong plus.

The successful candidate must also be a positive, motivated, self-starter with balanced planning and execution skills.
Desired qualifications include a BS in computer science or electrical engineering with 5+ years experience as an account manager over-achieving quota with industry experience in wireless/consumer applications, system-level SoC design, processor modeling and simulation, embedded SW development, system-level simulation and/or EDA front-end applications. Receptionist (Part-Time)
This position is anticipated to work 5 days per week from 10am-3pm. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors, sorting and delivering mail, maintaining office machines, ordering office supplies and business cards & updating company phone list. Will assist VP’s, Directors & Managers in ordering meals for meetings, making travel arrangements, obtaining travel documents and preparing expense reports. May assist sales and IT departments with data entry. Will be liaison to building management for facilities related issues. Other responsibilities to include monitoring and ordering supplies and stocking kitchen, resolving employee issues related to facilities. Will back up and assist Executive Assistant as needed.
