Additionally, CoWare and ARM have comprehensive integration and development agreements for a wide range of activities designed to accelerate customers' time to market as well as improve architecture decisions and verification with ARM products.

Through the partnership, CoWare and Denali have developed a roadmap for an integrated verification solution that incorporates Denali's MMAV and PureSpec interface verification platforms with CoWare's electronic system-level (ESL) products.

CoWare is working with Sonics, Inc., a leading provider of SOC (system-on-chip) architectures and SMART Interconnect IP products, to speed the development of complex SoCs. The companies are working together to create SystemC-based design solutions using CoWare's system-level design tools and Sonics' SMART Interconnect IP products. CoWare offers an integrated solution combining CoWare Platform Architect with SonicsStudioC allowing designers to use SMX, MemMax and MemDDR when building platforms in the CoWare tools.
