CoWare provides technical product support to customers with an active product license. Technical support requests are handled directly by experienced design engineers who are fully familiar with the application of CoWare tools and methodologies to real-world designs. When contacting support, please make sure you indicate your platforms and OS.

CoWare Customer Portal Now Available! The most efficient way to log a support request is to use the CoWare Customer Portal. If you are a current CoWare customer, click here to register now.

In the near future, the Customer Portal will be the only vehicle for contacting support. For now, there is still an email option available.

If you are a current user of CoWare Platform Architect, CoWare Model Designer, CoWare Virtual Platform, or CoWare Model Library, please direct all technical support questions via email to: support@CoWare.com.

If you are a current user of CoWare Processor Designer (LISATek), please contact PDSupport@CoWare.com.

In the email, please include what product you are looking for, the platform, the OS needed, and the version.
